The Education.com annual Halloween Art Contest brought Halloween magic to life! This year, young artists sent in over 300 spooky illustrations from around the world, including the United States, Canada, Ecuador, Cuba, Brazil, the United Kingdom, Romania, Montenegro, Ukraine, Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore, Vietnam, India, South Africa, and Australia!
With so many imaginative entries, choosing winners was no easy task, but we’ve selected three scary good winners and a Wall-of-Fame of 28 additional submissions!
We are grateful to all the artists and their parents and teachers who took the time to submit their creations — thank you!
3 Wickedly Wonderful Winners
Let’s give a big round of applause to our three winners: Liliana, Sofiia, and Swara! As a prize, all three winners will receive a year-long Premium membership to Education.com.
Liliana, 7th Grade, Maine, “Little girl with hat in autumn woods”
Sofiia, 3rd Grade, Kyiv, Ukraine, “Helloween cats”
Swara, 5th Grade, North Carolina, “The 2 personalities of Halloween”
28 Featured Runners Up on the Wall of Fame
In addition to the three winning illustrations, we’re excited to feature 28 special pieces of art in our Halloween Wall of Fame! These include notable creations like a “pupkin” patch of cute dogs, two vivid fall sunsets, a “Mr. Eyeball” character cornered by a witch, and a silly take on a famous hippo.
Check out our gallery of honorable mentions by visiting our Wall of Fame, and click on each piece to read its description.
